HEA Launches New Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Toolkit

The use of technology to maximise the student learning experience is a vibrant area of interest across all tiers of global education. Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) is often used as a synonym for e-learning but can also be used to refer to technology enhanced classrooms and learning with technology, rather than just through technology.

The HEA’s Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) toolkit is the latest in the range of Education toolkits that they have published. Offering a comprehensive range of resources, papers, advice and case studies aimed at helping the 21st century educator to embed technology into their teaching practices.

Using this toolkit and actively considering how technology can facilitate Teaching and Learning you will be aligning your practices to the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF). Evidence of engagement in developing technology enhanced learning can help staff gain recognition as Fellows of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA)
